After a package is handed to the carrier, transit and final-mile delivery are managed by the courier service.
Although carrier operations fall outside our direct oversight, Sylovona will assist you in addressing any delivery issues to the fullest extent possible.

  • If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received the parcel, inspect surrounding areas or reach out to the local courier branch.
  • Undelivered packages may require a formal carrier investigation or claims procedure.
  • If your item arrives in damaged condition, retain all original packaging and contact us immediately with supporting photographs.

7. Correct Delivery Address

Please double-check that your shipping details are accurate and complete before placing your order.
Sylovona cannot be held liable for delivery failures or rerouting caused by incorrect or incomplete address entries.

  • Notify us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed prior to dispatch.
  • Once an order is in transit, address modifications can no longer be accommodated.

8. Undeliverable and Returned Parcels

Packages returned to us due to delivery refusal, multiple failed attempts, or address errors are processed according to the guidelines below.
Resolution depends on the specific return reason and the condition of the returned parcel.
